Kurt Geishauser

Kurt has an accounting degree from St. Francis University, in Loretto, Pennsylvania; a juris doctorate from The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania; and he studied taxation for two years at the Villanova School of Law. Kurt met his wife, Eleni, in law school and they were married in their last year.  He and his wife now of 27 years have been blessed with six children.  He started his career working for Federal Bankruptcy Judge Thomas Twardowski who is also serving as one of Kurt’s Honorary Chairmen.  Next, he clerked for the Honorable Stephen B. Lieberman where he stayed for 2 years.  He then joined the firm of Mogel, Speidel, Bobb, and Kershner where he worked primarily in civil litigation.  Ultimately, he chose to join his wife and father in law in what became Dimitriou & Geishauser, P.C.  Although primarily focusing on criminal defense work, he has handled cases in a variety of areas and has litigated at every level of Court in Pennsylvania, including Commonwealth Court, Superior Court, and Supreme Court.  He has also practiced extensively before the Federal District Courts, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and was sworn in as a member of the bar of the US Supreme Court in 2019.


Kurt has served on the boards of the Greater Reading Food Bank and the Star Series.  He formerly served as a Republican State Committee Person. He is a past President of the Endlich Law Club and is a member of St. Catharine of Siena Parish in Exeter.  He is a lawyer, family man, and sportsman.
